Celebrating 30 at Club 33

30 years of going to Disneyland, and there WAS only one part of the park that I hadn't explored. The semi-secret, extremely private Club 33. Located upstairs in New Orleans Square, this restaurant is open by exclusive invitation only. To celebrate my 30th Birthday, my dad found a way to get us in. We had an amazing time. We tried to take pictures of everything. Here are some of the highlights...

Once you are allowed in the door (you have to give your name over the intercom before you can even enter), a beautiful glass elevator takes you upstairs to the restaurant.

Club 33 was designed and built by Walt Disney to be his private apartment and dining area. There are wonderful historic relics all over.

To celebrate my big 3-0, I had to order my specialty drink of choice since I was 7. Shirley Temple of course.

Isaiah was so good the entire day and at the restaurant. There was fine china and crystal everyone, so I was a little nervous. He did great (with some fun breaks with Ma of course).

You may be wondering what this beautiful dessert and this fascinating toilet have in common. They both show how serious Club 33 works to make your experience unique. The toilet was actually kinda weird. Cool, but weird.

All in all, my 30th birthday was the best one yet. What better place to celebrate than Disneyland, and what better people to be with than my fam. A great kick off to what is looking to be a great decade.
